SMS Terms of Service

These terms cover text messages sent by Phill R. Tomlinson PLLC (operating CRE Fuel) to customers and prospective customers who have given us their mobile number directly and agreed to be texted.

What these terms do not cover. CRE Fuel is software that brokers use to run their own business, including calling and texting their own clients and prospects. When a broker sends a message to their contact, that broker is the sender, not CRE Fuel. Those messages are governed by that broker’s own SMS terms and privacy policy, and the broker is responsible for consent and opt-out handling. If you received a text from a broker, contact that broker.

Program Description

If you opt in, CRE Fuel sends you recurring text messages about your relationship with us. Specifically:

notifications about your account, including when it is ready to use;
onboarding and setup scheduling, along with reminders and confirmations;
subscription notices, such as trial and renewal reminders and billing problems;
replies to questions you send us.

Messages are sent one to one in the course of doing business with you. This is not a bulk marketing program, and we do not send advertising to numbers that have not asked for it.

How You Opt In

You opt in by giving us your mobile number directly, on a call, in an email, or during onboarding, and agreeing to be texted.

This website does not collect phone numbers. The forms on crefuel.co ask only for your name and email address, and submitting one does not sign you up for text messages.

Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service. You can reserve a seat, apply, subscribe, and use CRE Fuel without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message Frequency

Variable. Typically fewer than 4 messages per month, depending on where you are in signup and onboarding.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. CRE Fuel does not charge you for SMS messages.

Supported Carriers

Available on most US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all SMS communications from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS after that. You may opt back in by replying START or by contacting us directly.

Your Information

Mobile opt-in data and consent information is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information generally.
